All journals published by Telverique Scientific Publishing are open access and freely available to readers worldwide without subscription or paywall barriers.
Our story
Telverique Scientific Publishing was founded by Abdulmalik Fareeq Saber with a clear vision: to empower researchers in Iraq, the broader Middle East and other underrepresented settings with a publishing platform that matches international standards of quality and transparency. Recognising the gap in accessible, ethical, and globally visible publishing opportunities, Telverique was established to bring scholarly voices together under a rigorous and forward-looking publishing model.
The publisher's first journal, Telverique Nursing, launches with an inaugural editorial and a biannual publication schedule, dedicated to nursing science, clinical practice, education, leadership and evidence-based care. Its long-term vision is to develop a portfolio of specialized scientific journals covering important areas of healthcare and biomedical research while building a trusted and recognizable international publishing identity.

Founder
Abdulmalik Fareeq Saber, MSc

Abdulmalik Fareeq Saber, MSc, is the Founder of Telverique Scientific Publishing and Editor-in-Chief of Telverique Nursing. He is a psychiatric nurse, educator, researcher and publishing innovator from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hawler Medical University in 2022 and completed his Master's degree in Psychiatric Nursing at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2024. His academic interests include mental health, biostatistics, health policy, publishing ethics and interdisciplinary health research.
To date, he has authored or co-authored over 30 articles in international journals. Beyond publishing, he teaches statistics and research methodology at several academic institutions, mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students and helping them grow as researchers.
With a long-term goal of strengthening the academic publishing ecosystem in the region, he envisions Telverique developing a trusted portfolio of specialised, internationally indexed journals upholding the highest standards in scholarly communication.

Telverique Scientific Publishing founded by Abdulmalik Fareeq Saber as an independent publisher for the medical and health sciences.
2026
Launch of Telverique Nursing, the publisher's first peer-reviewed journal, with its inaugural editorial and a biannual publication schedule.

Planned: ISSN registration completed, Crossref DOI registration and applications to Google Scholar, Scilit and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
2030
Goal: a portfolio of specialised journals across nursing, medicine and public health, indexed in leading international databases.
Standards & ethics
Telverique upholds international publishing standards and peer review ethics, striving for maximum indexing and visibility. Our journals follow the core practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE): authorship and contributorship standards, conflict-of-interest management, research ethics and consent requirements, and clear procedures for handling allegations of misconduct. Suspected integrity issues can be reported confidentially to the editorial office and are handled by staff without conflicts of interest. Editorial decisions on every journal are made independently of the publisher's commercial interests; editors-in-chief hold final decision authority over acceptance and rejection.
Open access model
All Telverique journals are fully open access and published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), with authors retaining copyright of their work. Fee and waiver policies are stated transparently on each journal's pages, and the ability to pay never influences editorial decisions.
Corrections & retractions
The published record is preserved permanently. Where errors are identified, we publish corrections, expressions of concern or retractions with clearly linked notices — never silent replacement of published content.
Complaints & appeals
Authors may appeal editorial decisions by writing to the editorial office with the manuscript ID, the decision in question and the evidence supporting the appeal. Appeals are handled by an editor independent of the original decision. Complaints about editorial process or publication ethics receive a documented response.
Privacy statement
Telverique Scientific Publishing is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Any personal information, including names, emails, and institutional affiliations collected during the registration, submission, or review process, will be used exclusively for the purposes of managing and publishing scholarly content. This data will not be shared with third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law. Telverique operates in accordance with international data protection standards and ethical publishing practices, including those recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
